Vivekananda Darshanika Samajam

Vivekananda Darsanika Samajam is a registered non-government and non-sectarian organization founded and established in Palakkad, Kerala in 2010 by a band of truly dedicated and highly motivated youngsters, who are inspired by Swami Vivekananda’s life and teachings. Since its inception in 2008, Vivekananda Darshanika Samajam has been actively engaged in various service and organizational activities, selflessly serving the community whenever the need arose.
As the name indicates, Vivekananda Darsanika Samajam was founded with the purpose of studying, embracing, and spreading the ‘life-giving, character-building, and nation-strengthening’ principles found in the life and teachings of Swami Vivekananda — the great patriot, saint, and practical visionary of modern India, who played a key role in awakening the nation's dormant spirit, especially among the youth, but also among the wider public. While the Tadvanam Ashramam reflects the spiritual face of the organization, the Samajam is focused on public programs and collaborations. Some key milestones in the activities of the Samajam are being given.
